These terms apply to registration, genealogy, membership, product purchase, franchise activity and MLM/direct-selling participation on Veda Amrit Life Care.

MLM / Direct Selling Product Driven KYC & Compliance Income Rules

1. Membership

Registration is open only to persons who can enter into a valid contract under applicable law.
Information provided during signup must be correct and complete.
One person should maintain one account unless the company approves otherwise in writing.

2. MLM Rules

The business is product-driven and not a deposit, investment or money game scheme.
Income depends on product movement, team performance and plan qualification.
False income claims, misleading health claims and abusive recruitment practices are prohibited.

3. Income & Rewards

Direct, binary, repurchase, star bonus, royalty, rank reward and franchise income are governed by the current company plan.
All payouts are subject to verification, qualifying conditions and lawful deductions.
No income is guaranteed and actual earnings may vary.

4. Conduct

Fraud, impersonation, forged documents, spam and illegal advertising are prohibited.
Members must not misuse brand assets, trademarks or company systems.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of the account.

5. Orders & Returns

Orders, cancellations and returns are handled under company product policy.
Approved refunds or adjustments will follow internal verification and legal rules.

6. Security & KYC

Keep passwords and OTPs private.
KYC and bank details may be required for verification and payouts.
